Technical Support Services

Technical Support is available via Pro-Active Managed Services, telephone, remote access or onsite.  Our focus is to provide you with high quality service, in the most cost effective manner.  The Rivercrest Technologies Incorporated Support Group, with over 60 years of combined experience, is certified in Microsoft, Novell, Cisco, Citrix, HP, VMware and others. 

Services include local and wide-area networking, 7x24 Pro-Active Network Management, Virtual Private Networking (VPN), security, IP phone systems, Citrix, Terminal Services, remote connectivity, email/messaging, network design, consultation and more.

We partner with your industry specific software and hardware vendors to provide the best solution for your business. 

Technical Support is a billable service.  Options are available for Time and Material or through a very flexible, four level, pre-paid Support Agreement.

Helpdesk Services

 

With our Helpdesk Services, we can customize the right solution to fit your business.  Helpdesk services include online support requests, tracking and reporting.   Our Helpdesk solutions can fit into your existing IT Department and utilize your current staff, or we can be your companies' full time Helpdesk and Technical Support Department.  Contact us today for more information.

Consulting Services

RTI provides several levels of consulting to both current and potential customers.  Here are some of the different consulting services we offer:

  •  FREE pre-sales general consultation meeting
  •  Pre-sales design and vendor research which gives you the piece of mind to know you are getting a viable solution that all your vendors have agreed to.  There is a small fee for this.  However, paying this fee on the front end can end up saving several engineering hours due to compatibility issues, etc.
  •  IT Management services for assistance with coordinating all IT aspects of your business.  With this service you have  RTI as your single point of contact and we handle the communications with software vendors, hardware vendors, programmers, etc.  This allows for a much smoother project and makes your life simpler. 
  • Consultation Engineering services, providing high level network design, documentation and in-depth pre-installation planning.  Let us build your road map to success!

Standard Onsite Support: 8am – 5pm CST

Scheduled Off-Hour: Available upon request

Emergency Support: Available to Support Agreement customers only

Emergency Off-hour and 7x24:  Available to Support Agreement customers that elect this option.

Note:  Support Services are billable through RTI.  If you do not have a Support Agreement, a representative  will contact you during normal business hours to obtain a credit card before support begins.  Off-hour or emergency services are not available with this option.
