TECHNICAL SALES CONSULTANT

Rivercrest Technologies Incorporated is accepting resumes for a possible new opening in our Sales Department as a Technical Sales Consultant. Applicants must be self motivated, energetic, willing and wanting to learn new technologies, willing to travel to customer sites and be a strong team player.    In order to be considered the following requirements MUST be met:

Requirements:

·        2-year minimum of sales experience with a company that provided computer related technical support services to other companies.

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Excellent attitude

·        Sales Certifications a plus

·        Must have a strong knowledge of Microsoft products, computer networking and other computer based technologies.

·        Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products

·        Experience with generating quotes and presenting solutions to customers.

·        Project planning experience a plus

NETWORK  SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Applicants must be self motivated, energetic, willing and wanting to learn new technologies, willing to travel to customer sites and be a strong team player.    In order to be considered the following requirements MUST be met:

Requirements:

·        2-year computer degree or equivalent work experience.

·        Existing Helpdesk experience a plus

·        Microsoft and/or Novell certification a plus

·        Certifications a plus

·        On the job experience installing and supporting Windows NT/ 2000/2003 Server and/or Novell Netware 5.X or above for a minimum of 1 year a must.

·        On the job experience supporting and using Windows  2000 Professional or XP a must.

·        On the job experience with Microsoft Office Products

·        Must have a good understanding of TCP/IP networking

·        Other computer related certifications a plus.

·        Experience with other network operating systems a plus. 

·        A good understanding of computer hardware a plus.

·        Excellent communication skills
