NETWORK  SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Rivercrest Technologies Incorporated is accepting resumes for a possible new opening in our Support Department as a Systems Engineer or Helpdesk Specialist. Applicants MUST be self motivated, energetic, willing and wanting to learn new technologies, willing to travel to customer sites, willing to work off hours and weekends and be a strong team player.    In order to be considered the following requirements MUST be met:

Requirements:

·        2-year computer degree or equivalent work experience.

·        End user support experience and/or Helpdesk experience a plus

·        Microsoft certification a plus

·        On the job experience installing and supporting Windows 2003 or 2008 Server  for a minimum of 1 year a must.

·        On the job experience supporting and using Windows XP and Vista.

·        On the job experience with Microsoft Office Products

·        Must have a good understanding of TCP/IP networking

·        Other computer related certifications a plus.

·        Experience with other network operating systems a plus. 

·        A good understanding of computer hardware a plus.

·        Excellent communication skills
